How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are booked through our secure Square booking system. Use the Book a Service button anywhere on this site to view available times and reserve your appointment.
Do you offer free diagnostics?
Diagnostics are a flat $30 fee, which helps cover the time required to inspect and identify the issue. If you proceed with the recommended repair, that fee may be applied toward the repair total.
How much does console repair cost?
Common pricing: diagnostics $30, deep console cleaning starting at $80, PS5 and Xbox HDMI port repair $120, overheating and shutdown service starting at $100, fan replacement from $70 labor only, and controller stick drift from $60. Anything else is quoted after a $30 diagnostic, and no work starts until you approve it.
