Level Up Console Care services PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch systems, including current and recent-generation models. If you're not sure whether your console is supported, please contact us before booking.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are booked through our secure Square booking system. Use the Book a Service button anywhere on this site to view available times and reserve your appointment.
Do you offer free diagnostics?
Please contact Level Up Console Care for current diagnostic details. Diagnostic offerings can change and are confirmed at the time of booking.
How long will my console service take?
Turnaround depends on the console, the service, and current appointment volume. An estimated timeframe is discussed at the time of intake.
Do you guarantee repairs?
Because every console and issue is different, repair outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Any post-service policies are shared with you at the time of intake.
Where are you located?
Level Up Console Care is based in Sanford, Florida and serves Central Florida on an appointment basis. A physical residential address is not listed publicly — appointment location details are shared with booked customers.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?

How do I pay?
Payment is processed securely through Square at the time of booking or service.
Do you provide before and after photos?
When applicable, customers can receive visual documentation of the cleaning or service work performed on their console.
